Introduction
This Copyright Policy is binding to Alchemy, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and all entities operating under the Alchemy brand, collectively referred to herein as "Alchemy", "we", "us", or "our". This policy governs the collection, use, and protection of all forms of copyrighted material associated with Alchemy’s services, which encompass mindset, health and fitness including nutrition, personal meal plans, and lean manufacturing services. This policy also governs all client information, including photographs, which are strictly for internal use and are not to be disseminated or used in any other platforms without explicit permission.​

Copyrighted Material
Alchemy acknowledges and respects the intellectual property rights of others. All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and digital downloads created by Alchemy, our clients or other third parties, is the property of the respective owner and is protected by international copyright laws.

Client Information & Photographs
Client information, including photographs, collected and stored by Alchemy are treated with the highest respect for personal privacy and intellectual property rights. The unauthorized use of this information, especially photographs, is strictly prohibited. They shall not be used on any other online platform or social media site without the express, written consent of the client and Alchemy.

Infringements
Any unauthorized use, copying, distribution, reproduction, or modification of copyrighted material associated with Alchemy or owned by our clients is a breach of this policy and constitutes copyright infringement, punishable by law. We reserve the right to take legal action against any person or entity that infringes our copyrights or the copyrights of our clients, including seeking civil remedies and criminal prosecution where applicable.

Reporting Infringements
If you believe that your copyrighted work or a copyrighted work for which you act as an authorized representative has been infringed upon, please provide Alchemy with a written notice containing the following information:
