Day 3: Back and HIIT cardio day will improve overall strength, burn fat, enhance your metabolism, and give you that V-taper look.

Day 4: Shoulder and abs day will get your delts pumped up and your abs working towards that six-pack.

Day 5: Second leg day of the week, again focused on building those powerful, muscular legs.

Day 6: Arms and cardio day where your biceps and triceps will get a serious workout, helping you to tone and strengthen your arms.
Overall, this plan will make you work hard but it's going to be worth it. You'll develop strength, endurance, and muscle tone across your whole body. It's a challenging six-day split, but that's what we live for. Time to get into it!
